Level 1 MCI on Hickman Rd. at Todds Chapel Rd.

On 01/25/14 at 1636hrs, Sta 78 and Medic 107 were dispatched to an MVC on Hickman Rd at Todds Chapel Rd. The call was upgraded to a Level 1 MCI. Upon arrival, 78-Command B. Bowman confirmed entrapment and requested 78-2 to remove a door.
