Philip joined the fire company in 2002. Philip in the past has held the position of Member At Large on the Board Of Directors. Philip is an active senior member as well as an active firefighter. In the past Phillip held the position of 1st Assistant Chief, 2nd Assistant Chief, 3rd Assistant Chief, Fire Lt. and Fire Captain
